The second generation of the check-in terminal has side panels made of plastic and an additional display mounted on top; they enable modification of the system to suit the respective airline's corporate design. The top display can also be used to show information such as departure times or advertising messages. The system enables intuitive operation by touchscreen. Over 600 terminals have been installed so far.
