All our terminals are developed with a simple, unpretentious but timeless form, which does not distract from its function. They offer high creative quality from all perspectives.
The terminals are design to be robust and durable. The materials used are mainly steel or other metallic materials. The surface is sealed with a solid powder coating.
Only industry-standard-audited components from renowned manufacturers are used as hardware. In the selection of the components special requirements for interactive kiosk systems are considered. On request, we also integrate provided customer hardware.
A crucial feature of our terminals is the ergonomic design. Size and inclination of the screen paired with the later described virtual height adjustment make the usage possible even for users with disabilities.
The optional virtual height adjustment (registered Polygon utility model) for large touch screens (at least 32 inch) is a software solution for interactive kiosk systems. The users can switch the current control panel through a one "finger swipe" in its vertical height. Thus, enabling the usage also for users in a wheelchair or with a smaller height.
Polygon terminal systems disposes of a self-supporting and lockable front door, which enables an easily access to all components in case of a service deployment.
Since many years, we use our proven panel technology. The physical interface of the integrated terminal hardware is implemented via simple interchangeable front panels. Even after years, the integrated hardware can be flexibly changed through a change of the front panels. This increases not only the flexibility but also the and the security of the investment.
The function Clue Screen provides a good usability while operating our systems. For example, operation instructions are only visible in case of need. Thus, foregoing the usage of distracting sticker labels.
