It is simple to introduce employee self-service in your company, thanks to our employee terminals (ESS kiosk systems). Employees use the ESS kiosk for a variety of functions, among them accessing or printing out their payslips, managing staff rosters, placing holiday applications, clocking work times, editing personal data in the digital HR file and much more.
The kiosks are designed for employees who do not have their own computer workstation. Installed in production buildings, canteens or common rooms, employees can use these facilities at any time, even when working shifts.
Polygon delivers ESS kiosk systems with a variety of housing concepts, all of which can be combined with thermal or laser printers. The terminals have front doors to facilitate access to technical components whenever servicing is required. The printout slot is also found on the front. A privacy shield and/or tinted privacy foil are additional privacy options.
However, the Polygon paper handling unit, the presented module developed by Polygon and designed to ensure secure presentation, retraction and destruction of print-outs, remains the centrepiece of our employee terminal. It can be operated using laser and kiosk printers. The Polygon PPU system – combining a paper transport unit with a document shredder – is a unique and patented solution that meets the highest security standards to ensure the best possible protection for your confidential documents.
